Winn Nordstrom

Winn Nordstrom has been in the door closer business since 1974. From rebuilding door closers to selling new door hardware, Winn has been involved in supplying the customer exactly what they've been looking for. In 1983, Winn and his family relocated from northern Illinois to Rockwall, Texas and started down the road to becoming a nation wide door hardware supplier in a business called Gulf States Door Control. And today, over 25 years later, Winn is still supplying the customer with the door hardware that fits the customer's needs.

Winn has been happily married to his wife, Deb, since 1974. They have two sons, Chad and Andy; two daughter-in-laws, Amy and Amanda; two grandchildren, Anna and Ford, with another on the way; and a Schnauzer, named itty-bit.
